  End EditCool beans in Spanish.  I've been saying "cool beans" a lot lately, but that's because someone else was saying it and I seemed to have caught it from them. In order to not be like them, I shall say "frijoles frescos" instead!I am exhausted. The past two weeks had been pretty grueling, especially the schoolwork. I have been so tired lately and have been zoning out in my history and math clases. I've been drinking coffee nearly every day too, and that is not good. I'm so glad it's the weekend, since my weekends are pretty chill (although starting next week my Saturdays will be busy with band competitions). However, there have been pretty cool moments in the heat of things. Like scoring top five on my math test without study. This has never happened to me before, since I was never that great at math.  My friend gave me an adorable flower bracelet charm that she made. I was also hoping that it would bring me good luck during a Bio test, but I think I still failed.  I'm doing so badly in Bio - and I'm not exaggerating by saying that I'm Asian failing. I'm so depressed, since I've never been bad at science and biology has always been my strong point. Maybe it's the way I study... and maybe note cards just aren't my thing. I ought to try new study methods. My essays have been really bad too, since I feel like I define everything, but it turns out what I define are never what the teacher's looking for. I've been scoring low one-digit scores on my essays... they make me sad. -cough cough- While I was finding a chain to attach the flower bracelet charm to, I came across an old bracelet with a heart charm. "Best" was inscribed on the heart. It must have been so long ago; I couldn't remember who has the other half. It makes me feel a little melancholic... and curious. I don't remember who my best friend was back in the day.  Ever since yesterday, my brother found this private Maplestory server and has been playing on it. It's been over a year since I last tried Maplestory... but I was bored (and didn't feel like studying for Bio) so I checked it out. Yeah, I'm playing Maplestory again, but I'm pretty sure that this will only last for a few days; last time I played, it lasted for a week. I get bored really easily. But I'm only playing it because on this private server you can buy really cute NX items for 1 meso. My brother's annoyed because I just shop the whole time I'm playing. -shot shot- I'm such a bad slacker.  My friend's coming over today to stay for a week since her mom's going back to Taiwan. I hope my brother behaves himself while she's here; he's really rude at times, especially when he and my mom are arguing. Next week will be pretty busy, since we'll have our second football game on Friday... and I'll be ditching Chinese school for a second time. There's only been three classes so far and I've ditched one. When I sent my teacher an email saying that I wouldn't be there for one of the classes, she said that my Chinese was very good. I just find that very amusing since in class I'm never paying attention Glompages: ♥ |
