Summer's ending.

Yep, instead of writing an opening for a random yearbook theme, I'm blogging. I'm such a slacker.

My summer has nearly come to an end. And what have I been doing? Nothing, other than obsessing over the overly awesome Hetalia Nordics. Tomorrow, I'll be shipped off to yearbook camp with a couple of my fellow yearbookies. We'll be working day and night on developing the theme for the coming year's book. After that, I have band camp, which is another two-week-long full day boot camp. I'm pretty busy now... and yeah. Wow. I've been such a terrible blogger.

Last Thursday, I went to watch Harry Potter: HBP with a couple of friends. All right, it was somewhat disappointing. But what do you expect from a book that's a gazillion pages long and a movie that's only about two hours long? If you don't look at the fact they cut out all the good parts and the fight in the end, then visual-wise it was pretty good... although the inferi (or whatever they were called) looked like Golem from Lord of the Rings. laugh After watching the movie, my group of friends and I headed out to the nearby Asian village and ate a quick lunch and shopped around the Asian stores. I bought these for one of my friends' sixteenth birthday, which the party happened to be on Saturday.

So... skipping onto Saturday's party. It was a joint party for two of my friends, since one's birthday was on the 26th while the other was on the 28th. It was more of a kiddish party, since we went ice skating and none of us knew how to ice skate really well. laugh Yeah, it was still a lot of fun though, even though the little midgets kids in the center made us look like old fools. My ankles hurt a lot afterward though. After our little skating escapade, we headed out to the nearby park where most of the hanging out would take place. We ate pizza and cake, which was pretty good. They also bought these adorable panda cookies that reminded me of China that were pretty good.

After we ate, we just pretty much hung out and played retarded games such as Telephone. My friend and I, who was also a Hetalia fan, made a lot of Hetalia references that no one really got... like about sunflowers... and chicks... laugh

Anyway, the past week has been pretty much nothing. I went to another yearbook meeting, and we didn't really get that much done. Ah... I have to wake up early tomorrow (five in the morning) to go to school to carpool to the hotel... (which is two hours away) So... I guess that ends my rather short entry. I really have to get back to my opening writing... And I'll visit everyone's blogs when I get back. I'm sorry I've been such a terrible blog buddy lately... cry Apologies!

Now off to yearbook camp until the fourth...
